Located on the eastern end of the world famous Grace Bay, it provides an ideal location to access the various shops, restaurants, and bars on the 12 mile bay.
Most of all, the villa is situated on Flamingo Lane – one of the most exclusive areas on the island. This area of beach has only 6 other high-end residences, providing peace, quite and privacy.
